The MTDB represents a seamless\r\n               national file with no overlaps or gaps between parts, however, each TIGER/Line shapefile is designed to\r\n               stand alone as an independent data set, or they can be combined to cover the entire nation.\r\n               \r\n               The Address Ranges Relationship File (ADDR.dbf) contains the attributes of each address range.\r\n               Each address range applies to a single edge and has a unique address range identifier (ARID) value.
