A Microsoft Access table was used to store the data listed on the web site for each buoy. The location of each buoy had to be recalculated from degrees minutes seconds to decimal degrees. The Access table was exported to a dbf file. This file was then imported into ArcMap with the Tools-Add XY data menu option and by choosing the name of the table, confirming the x and y fields and clicking OK to continue. The layer event is added to the map.
